2 wk. trip to Thailand–backpacking vs. rolling luggage?
I am taking a 2 wk. trip to Thailand in January 2010. Is it recommended to travel with a backpack or is a rolling duffel luggage ok? Ill probably be visiting around 5 cities (including Bangkok & Phuket).
I did a 3 wk europe trip (10 cities) and wished i had taken a backpack instead of rolling luggage (getting over bridges in venice was a pain!).
I definitely want to be comfortable as far as mobility is concerned!
